Quentin Tarantino has a cameo appearance in this movie about a love
triangle involving the writers and stars of the movie: Craig Sheffer,
Meg Tilly, and Pulp Fiction's Eric Stoltz. Sleep With Me is
the kind of movie anyone is likely to drift into. When Quentin Tarantino
turns up, for example, as a guest at a party, and launches into
a long, detailed, manic explanation of why Top Gun is really "the
story of a man's struggle against his own homosexuality." The more
he talks, the more plausible his theory sounds. If you haven't seen
"Sleep With Me" I highly recommend you to. But don't just rent it
because Quentin Tarantino has a small cameo, rent it because
of the film it's self. This one of the better films out there. In
a way it's like Four Rooms. A group of writers and directors got
together and said, "Hey, let's make a movie together!" And they
did. And you can see that different people directed different segments.
A great show, check it out.
A menage-a-trois provides the basis for this film
that consists of six short episodes containing the same three characters,
each written by a different writer. Swinging L.A. residents Joseph
and Sarah are going to be wed. Frank is Joseph's best friend. He has
the hots for Sarah. He demonstrates this one night at a party when
he passionately kisses her in front of everyone. He then begins actively
pursuing her until she finally gives in. The episodes include Joe
and Sarah's wedding, two poker games, the fateful dinner party, and
other parties, including the one where Joseph finally confronts his
